About Us
Your Contribution, Their Transformation.
The abbreviated name of this organization is CIFAT. It was established through the sincere initiative and efforts of several intellectuals and eminent personalities from Barasat, the headquarters of North 24 Parganas district, and its surrounding areas.
On a particular afternoon in 2007, a special meeting (Majlis) was held at the Jame Masjid located at Champadali More, Barasat. In the presence of distinguished educators, officials, judges, scholars (Maulana, Mufti, Hafiz, Qari), Hajj pilgrims, professors, and teachers, the organization was unanimously founded, marking the beginning of its journey.
In 2016, CIFAT celebrated its 10th anniversary.
Our Mission –
To uplift underprivileged communities through Zakat-based economic empowerment, education, healthcare, and social welfare, fostering self-reliance, dignity, and inclusivity in alignment with Islamic principles and humanitarian values.

To collect and distribute Zakat, promote education, vocational training, healthcare, disaster relief, and social awareness, empowering the needy, orphans, and underprivileged for economic independence and community development.
